Rally Vincent is a young lady from Chicago, IL. Her passion lies within her firearms and with her car, a specially designed '67 Ford Mustang, also known as the beautiful masterpiece, the '67 Shelby Cobra GT-500. She runs a small firearms store in Chicago that she took over upon the disappearance of her father. Her other occupation is as a Bounty Hunter. Hands down, she is the best in Chicago. She is responsible for cutting down major portions of the Great Lake area's cocaine run. As well as taking out professional assassins, drug runners, mafia members and the occasional psychotic killer.
She began the path of Bounty Hunting after the disappearance of her father, hoping to find some way to track him down and/or find the people responsibly for his disappearance. Although she says her true career is gunsmithing, Bounty Hunting proves to be more exciting, brings in more income but is much more dangerous. She has also met her most challenging adversaries and the most loyal and skilled friends upon this path.
Among her friends is her first partner, May Hopkins or Minnie-May. May (who
just turned 19) is an explosives expert and has known Rally for some years now.
She is unpredictable and extremely edgy often lacking judgment, but her skills
speak for themselves. Packing 6 different types of grenades, stick ignitions and
C4, she knows how to blow a door. May learned everything from her boyfriend, 35
year old Ken Takizawa, a former
Syndicate bomb maker. Misty Brown (16) is a cat burglar that Rally caught, but
became good friends with, her thieving skills have proven well adding more tools
to Rally's disposal. Becky Farrah, 23, is Rally's source of information, she has
been able to dig up information upon many different criminals and underground
activities. However, her information comes at a price and she is NOT cheap.
Everything is top notch and extremely reliable. Roy Coleman is Rally's contact
within the Chicago PD. He is an experienced detective and is always willing to
help out Rally, his favorite bounty hunter. Another person in her professional
field is Bill Collins, an ATF investigator. Collins was assigned to a gun
running case involving Natasshia Radinov, Rally was hired (or bribed) into
helping him out.
Another relationship Rally has is a competitive one. This one is shared with none other than Bean Bandit. Bean is a professional driver from Michigan. He hires to anybody willing to pay. He'll deliver drugs, explosives or even convicted felons across state. He has been hired to escort criminals such as Bonnie Dorman, Clyde Dorman and Gray. Both share a mutual respect for each other. He regards her as a good driver, but nobody ever catches Bean Bandit. He drives a LS7.
Rally Vincent exemplifies everything that a man wants to be, in a woman's body. She can kick your ass, turn it sideways, toss it in the air, and shoot a 15 round clip into it before it hits the ground.
